We focus on the profound detail and mystery of the bodygraph and the surprising insights it reveals for personal growth and communication. Our curriculum revolves around this central theme.
Everything about Human Design has its distinct roots within the bodygraph itself.
Employing flip-teaching methods, we facilitate student involvement by encouraging them to review the online lessons and other reading material, prior to in-class discussions. This approach optimizes class time, fostering dynamic discussions that embrace a variety of voices and viewpoints.
Part of our mission is to diversify the voices contributing to Human Design insights and to ground our study in verifiable data as well as personal sharing and life stories.
Our educational program shares the ideals of modern education, to empower students to make their own decisions and navigate the world through their own Authority. We also support students to develop their own methods of learning, and encourage deep investigation of all of the topics we cover.
Our classes encompass lively discussion, question and answers, and conversations based on divergent cultural contexts that explore common ground, within differing perspectives. This dynamic interaction ultimately reaches a higher synthesis – a collective understanding enriched by diverse insights.
This synthesis underscores the essence of teamwork, ushering in a collaborative educational process that extends beyond the classroom, serving as a gateway to the future.
Our lead teachers have decades of experience as Human Design Professionals, with a long history of readings, consultations and the teaching of Human Design. Our foundation classes also include experienced assistant teachers, to answer questions, share their experiences and guide students. As the teachers share, this encourages students to open up as well, adding to a much deeper learning experience.
We promote multiple methods of communication for our students to express their experiences and insights. Through writing prompts, we support creative writing, journaling and deep introspection. We also recommend various modes of artistic expression including painting, movement, poetry, original slide-shows, and video. Sharing segments of these works in class fosters a nurturing environment of appreciation and encouragement. Life stories and life lessons can contribute directly to the topics and issues being discussed in classes.
Students learn to speak about their Human Design Charts, using keynoting methods to bring out surprising insights through details in their Design Configuration. These are the first steps in the “poetry of keynoting” which is a fundamental and exciting part of Human Design study and communication of chart details to others. This is how Human Design comes alive before our eyes and ears.
We encourage students to do their own research through the study of the charts of notable individuals with verified and accurate birth information, in the Human Design America data base of prominent individuals, either contemporary or historical. We specialize in people whose biographies add real life detail to Human Design information. We help students to make special presentations of this work. This work connects our Human Design knowledge to evolving societies and the wide world we live in.
Our educational principles are deeply rooted in respect for individual autonomy and personal consent. Students can share in classes based on their assessment of the support present and their perceived safety within a particular discussion. Participation is always voluntary. Class assignments are shared with instructors. Students can share with their peers based upon their discernment and personal Authority.
We encourage our students to reach out to their larger community and network of significant others, family and friends for support. It is often exceptionally helpful for partners and close friends to do these classes together.
